I found a bug. How can I communicate it?

You can communicate it via Discord > Bug Channel or with the feedback tool inside Arrival.Space. The feedback tool is placed inside the side panel. Use the Burger Menu at top right to find the Feedback option.

Please include a link to the space where the issue occurred, and ensure the space is set to either public or link-only access. Otherwise, we won’t be able to enter the space.

Recommended additional infos

It would be very helpful if we received the following additional information:

  • Operating System (e.g. Windows, Mac, Linux,..)
  • Operating System Version (e.g. Windows 11 Pro - 24H2,macOS Sequoia 15,... )
  • Browser (e.g. Chrome, Safari, Brave, Opera, Firefox,...)
  • Browser Version (e.g. Chrome Version 137.0.7151.104, Firefox 139.0.4)

What are the current limitations regarding the 3dgs?

There are no limitations.

Is there any charge for this service?

While there are paid upgrades available for additional features, they are not necessary for getting started. However, if your generated splat exceeds 500MB (the limit for the Free Subscription), you would need to consider an upgrade. The first upgrade increases the limit to 10GB, but for most use cases, the 500MB limit is more than sufficient.

How can I cancel my subscription?

Open your Settings via the side panel and switch to Account. Use the Subscription or Billing Button to open the Stripe management. You can find a detailed description in section Account

Can I use Arrival.Space without VR-Device?

Yes, Arrival.Space works on smartphones, tablets, laptops, and desktop PCs.

Can I use Arrival.Space on my phone?

Arrival.Space is a platform that supports most of the common end devices. We do not want to limit our creators and therefore you can also use the platform on your smart phone.

No, there is no app available yet.
