3D Voicey​

I can't record a Voicey- what can I do?

Please check the following settings:

  • Sound and Microphone Settings (Browser): Ensure that your microphone and speakers are properly configured.
  • System Settings: Verify that your device's sound settings are correctly adjusted.

I've received a Voicey but the notification dot (red or blue) doesn't disappear - why?

To remove the notification dot, you need to listen to the Voicey. Simply click on the Space name to go directly to it inside your Notification list.

I've received a Voicey but I don't want it inside my Space - can I delete it?

As owner you can remove comments and 3D Voicey's from your Space. You can find out more details in the section 3D Voicey - Additional Settings

Voice Chat​

Is it possible to mute everyone at once?

Currently, this feature is not available.

I can’t hear anyone. Where could I find a solution?

How many users can be in a room simultaneously?

Arrival.Space is a client-side application and relies on the performance of each individual device. In most cases, having up to around 20–25 users at the same time works well. However, issues may occur if some participants are using older or less powerful devices.

If you have a Creator subscription or higher, this limit may vary:

  • Creator: 50
  • Business: 200
  • Business Plus: 200+
  • Enterprise: depends on the individual agreement

Can anyone hear me inside a room if I start a voice chat?

In general, every creator in the same space can hear you, regardless of whether they are a guest or a registered user.

Bookmarks​

I’ve bookmarked a Space from another creator, but I can’t access it anymore. Why?

There can be several reasons why you can’t access the Space, such as changes to the space’s privacy settings or the creator have removed the Space.

Visit Friends​

I see that a friend of mine is online. Is it possible to jump to their spot?

Yes it is, if the person is in a public or link only Space. Open the Profile UI of the creator and click on the green dot next to the image. Afterwards you will spawn in the same space as your friend/creator.
