Manage your Settings

In-App Navigation

The Settings section lets you manage various aspects of your experience, including your account, profile, notifications, and performance. It also provides a handy collection of useful links in the About section.

This guide will focus on the Account settings and the helpful links. The Profile settings are covered briefly here, but you can find more detailed information under Profile Index Card.

For the remaining options, please refer to the sections on External Notifications and Performance which cover notifications and performance settings respectively.

1Settings Overview​


At the bottom of the side panel is the option Settings. Clicking it will open the Settings UI, where you can manage various parts of your account.

2Account​

The Account section provides access to key settings related to your login, subscription, and billing.


6Reset Password​

Use this option to reset your password. After submitting your request, you’ll receive an email with a link to create a new password.

7Two-Factor Authentication​


With Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), you can add an extra layer of security to your account. This helps prevent anyone from signing in without your approval.

After confirming that you want to set up MFA, a QR code and a manual setup code will be displayed 7.1. You can use either option with an authenticator app, such as:

  • Google Authenticator
  • Microsoft Authenticator
  • Authy
  • 2FAS Auth
  • Proton Authenticator
  • Aegis Authenticator

Scan the QR code with your authenticator app or enter the manual setup code. The app will then generate a time-limited verification code.

Enter this code under 7.2 to complete the setup.

You will then receive a backup code. Store this code in a secure location, as you can use it if you lose access to your authenticator app.

Once MFA has been enabled, you will be asked to enter both your password and a current authenticator app code whenever you sign in.

8Subscription​

Clicking this option will open a pricing overview. If you already have a Pro subscription, you’ll be redirected to Stripe, where you can manage your plan.

9API Key​

Your personal API key for programmatic access to Arrival Space services. Use this key to authenticate requests when integrating with the File Upload API or MCP Server. Keep your API key secure and never share it publicly.

10AI Keys​

You can use your own AI API keys.

11Billing​

This gives you direct access to your subscription details in Stripe, where you can manage billing and invoices.

3Profile​

Clicking on Profile opens the Edit Profile UI, where you can update your personal details. You can find more detailed information here.

4Help & Legal​

The Help Center gives you quick access to all the important resources you need. From here, you can:

The What’s New screen highlights the latest updates and improvements.

You can open the full history to view a complete overview of all past updates, newly released features, and enhancements. This helps you stay up to date and understand what has changed over time.
