We recommend starting by creating an account to unlock the full potential of our platform. As an unregistered creator, access to many features is limited. Registering is quick and simple — all you need is a username, a valid email address, and a password.

Please take a look into your junk folder. Sometimes it happens that there are too many restrictions of a mail client. This can be the case with company e-mail addresses in particular. If you still can't find it, please contact us via hello@arrival.space.

Registration via Logo
1 Arrival.Space LogoThe Arrival.Space logo is located in the bottom left corner. As soon as you click on it, the registration UI opens.
Registration via Side Panel
1 Open burger menuThere are 3 horizontal lines in the top right-hand area. Use this button to open the side panel. At the top is a button with the title “Claim your Space”. As soon as you click on it, the registration UI opens and you can choose whether you want to register via Google, Apple ID or individual e-mail.
Registration via Guest Profile
1 Sign Up inside Guest ProfileIn the top right-hand area there is a flap with your generic username “guest-XXXX”. If you click on it, the sidebar will open. Here you have a button with the label Guest Profile. Click on it to open the Guest Profile UI. At the top right hand you will find a button with the label Sign Up. As soon as you click on it, the registration UI opens and you can choose whether you want to register via Google, Apple ID or individual e-mail.
