Subdomain
All Spaces within a subdomain remain visible in the Arrival.Space search as long as they are set to Public.
Once your subdomain has been added, all newly created Spaces will automatically be created under that subdomain.
All previously created Spaces will remain on arrival.space, but you can transfer them to your subdomain at any time.
In summary, a subdomain allows you to group your Spaces under a custom domain while still keeping them discoverable within Arrival.Space, depending on their privacy settings.
A subdomain is a custom extension placed before a main domain name to organize or separate different parts of a website. For example, in kathi.arrival.space, kathi is the subdomain.
How to get a Subdomain
In Arrival.Space, you can request a custom subdomain starting from the Business subscription tier
(Business, Business Plus, Enterprise).
At the moment, subdomains still need to be requested manually. Please send an email to hello@arrival.space including:
- Your desired subdomain
- Your desired logo for the Preview (See 1)
We will then review your request and add the subdomain for you if available.
